Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and prepared within 2 to 4 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days. International deliveries typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days depending on destination customs clearance. Detailed transit times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we send an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier tracking link. You can track your package's progress in real-time at any time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most major international destinations. Applicable international shipping rates and estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed via Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can accommodate order edits or cancellations within 12 hours of order placement, before fulfillment processing begins. Please contact us promptly at contact@limerht.com with your order number. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on starting a return.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us within 7 days at contact@limerht.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will immediately arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Sizing & Care
How do I choose the right size?
Please consult our detailed Size Guide for exact flat measurements of each garment. If you find yourself between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
To ensure lasting fabric softness and color vibrancy, we recommend machine washing inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry. Avoid bleaching and do not iron directly on decorative prints or embroidery.
