Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancelling an order before it has been processed or dispatched for shipment. It is separate from our Returns & Refunds Policy, which covers items you have already received.
The cancellation window
You may request to cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided fulfillment processing has not yet begun.
How to cancel
- Email contact@limerht.com with the subject line "Cancel order #[Your Order Number]".
- Our support team will reply within one business day confirming whether the cancellation request can be accommodated.
- If processing has not started, we will immediately cancel the order and issue a 100% refund, including shipping fees, to your original payment method.
Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated promptly upon confirmation. Depending on your financial institution or card issuer, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
After processing has started
Once an order has entered final production or packing and has been handed over to shipping carriers, it cannot be intercepted or cancelled in transit. In such cases, please wait for the order to arrive and refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy to initiate a return.
Modifying an order
If you need to update a size, color, or shipping address rather than cancel your order entirely, please contact us immediately within the same 12-hour window at contact@limerht.com. Modifications made prior to processing are free of charge.
Cancellations initiated by us
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as unexpected inventory shortages, technical pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized payment activity. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately via email and process a full refund right away.
